The Family 

Our father, Barry Lelliott, started Leonards Ingredients in the 1980’s, after a desire to provide a service he felt was lacking in the industry. Having worked for many large ingredients manufacturers, such as Roquette and McVities, he felt that the personal guiding touch was missing, so he wanted to bring back the old style service ethos but with a modern twist and so Leonards Ingredients was born.

Our father installed these guiding values into us, and as we continue on his legacy, we are proud to keep them core to our service values.
